Your questions answered

As we begin to consult with residents to progress the development at Fort Halstead, explore our FAQs which tries to answer some of the key initial questions that you may have.

Who will deliver the new primary school?

Kent County Council, as the relevant education authority, will be responsible for delivering the new school. Although the primary school site sits on Merseyside Pension Fund land rather than BDW land, Barratt David Wilson Homes remain committed to working positively and collaboratively, including providing services to the site boundary to help ensure the school can come forward as part of the wider development.
